Alert: New online consultation website from 1st May 2026

From Friday 1st May 2026, the Practice will require patients to submit any requests for either an appointment with a GP, or a medical admin task (e.g. fit note), via a new provider called PACO. This will replace the system we have been using called PATCHS. We hope that our patients will find PACO easier to use, as it doesn't require an email address and password to login, just your NHS number and date of birth. You can find your NHS number on either your NHS App homepage, or by searching it using the link further down this page. Many thanks for your understanding

Reduce medicine’s waste

We need your help to reduce medicines waste in our area. There are 3 really helpful things you can do:

1. Only order medication that you need when ordering repeat prescriptions

2. Check that you only have what you need before you leave the pharmacy, and that there’s nothing extra in there

3. Return any unused or out of date medicines or inhalers to your pharmacy for safe disposal
