Alert: Prescriptions no longer accepted via email

Please be aware that from December 1st 2024 we moved away from accepting prescription requests over email. We politely ask our patients to order any repeat medication via the NHS App, the usual paper forms available at the front desk, or via PATCHS (e-consult) available on our website. For more information please select Prescriptions from the main menu.

To access PATCHs via the NHS App:

  1. Login to the NHS App
  2. Choose the Services option from the blue section at the bottom of the screen
  3. Select Contact your GP about a health problem
  4. Click Continue to access PATCHS
