PATCHS is open for clinical requests between the hours of 8am – 2pm, Monday to Friday. Please click here for further information on booking appointments.

To access PATCHs via the NHS App:

  1. Login to the NHS App
  2. Choose the Services option from the blue section at the bottom of the screen
  3. Select Contact your GP about a health problem
  4. Click Continue to access PATCHS
