CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
PLEASE ONLY ATTEND THE SURGERY IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BOOKED WITH A CLINICIAN.
The requirement on wearing a face mask is now optional and up to the individual to decide for themselves.
However, if you think you have symptoms of COVID19: new continuous cough, fever or loss/change to sense of smell or taste, please DO NOT attend but let us know so we can cancel your appointment
If you have a new cough, fever, or loss/change to sense of smell or taste, please self-isolate and visit https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19 for further advice.
Providing our patients with the best possible care whilst keeping them and our staff safe during the coronavirus pandemic is our utmost priority. We are currently operating a telephone triage system, whereby patients will be thoroughly assessed via telephone call with a clinician, and the best treatment option or further assessment selected.
If you need to order a repeat medication, please do not attend the surgery to put this request in. Emergency prescription requests should be for medication which patients need within 24 hours to prevent them becoming severely unwell. Please email your request to us at wiccg.gatekeeper-n85027@nhs.net, or call us to set-up online ordering via Patient Access. Please also call your local pharmacy to arrange to have your prescription sent directly to them to save yourself another trip to the Practice to collect this.
