If you need medical assistance before the Practice re-opens, but it is not an emergency, then please dial 1-1-1. The NHS 111 service is free from both landlines and mobiles.
How to make a complaint
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that sometimes things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly and as amicably as possible.
To pursue a complaint please contact the Practice Manager either via letter or email cmicb-wi.gatekeeper-n85027@nhs.net who will deal with your concerns appropriately.
