All GP/ANP appointment requests to be made via PATCHS from 20th January 2025

To move away from the 8am rush on the telephones, which we appreciate is frustrating for our patients, we will be taking all requests for appointments with a GP or Advanced Nurse Practitioner via PATCHS. This is an online tool that will ask you some information about your medical request, so we can gather enough clinical information to book you in with the most appropriate clinician.
