You can now register to receive information by text message on your phone regarding appointments and health care.
This is to inform you of the email service we have at the surgery. The service is only to be used for non-urgent enquiries.

As not all the doctors are available every day it may not be possible to direct your query to a specific doctor – any queries will be referred to the duty doctor on the day of receipt and we will aim to get back to you within 48 working hours. Confirmation of receipt message will be sent to you when we pick up your message and if there is a delay in a response we will let you know.
Please note – the emails will be monitored between 08:30 to 15:00 Monday to Friday – anything sent outside of these hours may not be seen until the following working day.
To arrange appointments and for any more urgent queries, please contact our reception team in the normal way via telephone to save any delay in your enquiry being dealt with.
If you are happy to use this new service – please be aware of issues around shared email accounts.
If there are any minors (under the age of 16) in your household that you would like to include for this service, please let us have details of their names and date of birth so we can update our records to show this.
If you are interested, please call reception to provide your email address, or send your details (name, date of birth, email address and confirmation you are happy to receive emails from the surgery).
